Coverage by era — what's complete, what isn't
2020 → today — complete. Every concluded proposal (passed and failed) from the official tracker, dated via its forum thread, priced in USD at the time.
Pre-2020 — payouts recovered from the chain; names pending. Neither the tracker nor the current forum holds anything from this era. Superblock payout transactions are permanent on chain — 31 were recovered for 2016, the earliest years of PIVX governance — but payouts print the amount and payout address, not the name. Names will be joined from archived snapshots of the original tracker (in progress). Failed proposals from this era left only a 50-PIV registration fee and no index: effectively unrecoverable, and we won't pretend otherwise.
